Principal
Becky Willis is a former sales and business executive with over 20 years in Learning and Development. Known for her strategic and creative thinking and quick decision making abilities, Becky is an organizational leader with solid strategy and execution in innovative learning.
After serving as the VP of Engagement at EdCast, Becky is back to WillLearn, focusing on Digital Learning strategy, implementation and design. Previously, she was the Learning Strategist for the Hewlett Packard Enterprise L&D organization, and in Executive, Leadership and Organization Development. Within learning, Becky is known as an Learning strategist who know how to successfully implement digital learning and ecosystems in enterprises.

Becky’s background includes the mix of an MBA and a Masters in Psychology with over 20 years of training leadership and Instructional Design. Becky is both a learning thought leader and an award winning developer. Her deep experience includes president of Hemsley Fraser and leadership in the Forum Corporation. Her consulting covers many enterprise companies and vendors from HP to Harvard ,covering banks and more.
